Depth Chart by Position...

I think in addition to the depth chart by class it could be helpful for many mgoblog readers if there existed a depth chart by position. What are everyone's thoughts on this?

It's not a bad idea, but it would be difficult once you get to the backups. I mean, who would the #1 SAM be right now? We don't know what position Woolfolk will play. Etc.

QB Forcier, D Robinson, hopefully DG can redshirt RB V Smith if his knee is ok, also Fitzy, Shaw, Cox, White, Hopkins, etc FB Moundros, others? WR Odoms, Roy, Stokes, Stonum, Hemingway, hopefully we can redshirt all the freshmen TE-Koger, Webb, Moore T Dorrestein, Huyge, Lewan?, Washington? G Schilling, Omameh, Ferrara, Barnum? C-Molk DE-RVB, LaLota? DT-HULK, Sagesse, Banks NT-BIG "I" Will "EAT PEOPLE" Campbell Craig Roh's position-Craig "Death" Roh, Herron, Watson LBs-uhhhh???? some combo of Ezeh, Mouton, Fitzgerald, Leach, Demens, M Jones, Hawthorne, others CB-Woolfolk? Turner, Floyd, Grimes? T Jones, Christian? Safeties- Woolfolk if he doesn't play CB, Williams? M-Rob, The Sparker? Vlad"THE IMPALER", Rocket Ray, Carvin "The Human Missile" Johnson, Knight? Kovacs? others? The back 7 has no proven players outside of Woolfolk, but at least we have a bunch of plausible candidates and chances are some of them should be serviceable.

I feel like everyone has forgotten about Jeremy Gallon. He is one of the guys I've been the most excited about, and although the depth chart at the slot is as deep as anywhere on the field, I think the coaches will find a way to get the ball in his hands.
