Interesting offer and Spartans are crying again.......
Updated, confirmed by Tom.....
RT @JermainCrowell: Congrats to Dennis Finley on his Michigan offer!

In fairness, most if not all of the guys on the list were offered by both teams before committing. Reschke/Finley being two exceptions.
Still, unless you're Brent Bielema, you don't think there is any rule that should be adhered to to prevent recruitment of committed players. Well, unless you're Bielema or delusional Sparty fan.

First of all, do you know that Dantonio offered them after they were M commits?
Not that it matters, since you can offer anyone until signing day. So I don't think that makes Dantonio a dick, it just makes those message board posters idiots (surprise of the century, I know).

That is a picture of a dick...here, I was thinking it was a tuber of some kind

After all of those fake punts and field goals I am not at all surprised to see that Mark has a large set.

Polk High is an MSU pipeline, producing shoe salesmen and all. Tough get for Michigan probably.

Well, Kirby Smart is interviewing for head coaches at Alabama...
Maybe Narduzzi can go there. Or maybe Saban will hire Dantonio as his DC and those two can go make out down in Tuscaloosa. The similarities between Saban and Dantonio are pretty stark, in my opinion. Right down to the fact that I hate them both.

Can't be Tennessee, they've got Jon Gruden locked up.

but Gary Busey's essay portion gave him the edge.

I have heard from someone very close to the Harris situation, that his focus is almost completely on football now. He was even considering quiting basketball to focus on refining his skills and getting bigger for the upcoming football season. Also, MSU seems to be sliding more and more with every letter he gets from Saban, Kiffen, Kelly, Hoke etc.

That kid has a lot more upside on the football field anyway. 6'4" shooting guards are a dime a dozen, but 6'4" WRs are a rarity. Here's to hoping he ends up at not-State.

We've heard these same rumors actually, but it's all smoke right now and no fire.

It's another tendency that sometimes makes this board unbearable. Speculation grounded in further speculation, that somehow morphs into a "credible opinion" worth discussing. At the end of the day...worthless.
