...passes to slots... Where's Roundtree??
September 10th, 2011 at 10:20 PM ^
I was thinking the same thing. need to do more slants and other quick passes. denard hasnt been great downfield and he has had one or two good runs. gotta use the slots more....and the Irish halfback draw is killing Michigan.

Short-lived, sorry.

freakin 3rd down passed
September 10th, 2011 at 10:23 PM ^
His passing skills are awful, so he better run.
September 10th, 2011 at 10:26 PM ^
... when you're left with QBs recruited with IQs of 20. Long live the Rodriguez dream. Wake me when 2011 ends.
September 10th, 2011 at 10:28 PM ^
Fuck you! RR's offense would be killing ND!
September 10th, 2011 at 10:35 PM ^
... it's not his fault. He can't run a West-Coast offense. Square peg, round hole. Sucks for him sucks for us, sucks for Michigan. Two years is what it will take as long as recruits stay firm.

Kudos on a very well thought out response.
September 10th, 2011 at 10:54 PM ^
Doesn't take a lot of thought to defend Denard, Prick.
September 10th, 2011 at 11:39 PM ^
Kudos to Denard, BITCH!
<br>
September 10th, 2011 at 10:41 PM ^
He's learning a new offense.
September 10th, 2011 at 10:47 PM ^
... to show why I'm wrong. Look, I want this team to be as successful as it can, but the fact that I'm a rational human being makes me realize the shortcomings of trying to blend this talent with the offensive-scheme change. Denard is a great ambassador of UM, but he' s not Joe Montana hitting John Taylor in stride. He's Tommy Frazier but faster. Tommy Frazier threw the ball 15 times a game.
September 10th, 2011 at 11:59 PM ^
That's much different than what you said just above this.
September 11th, 2011 at 12:37 AM ^
You're wrong u fucktard...
September 11th, 2011 at 1:05 AM ^
IQ before critizing others. Go Blue, and FUCK YOU!
September 10th, 2011 at 10:40 PM ^
I think we're seeing the reason that you run bubble screens in the spread offense. Denard isn't great at stretching the defense vertically, so you stretch them horizontally with the bubble screen. Michigan isn't doing that tonight, probably shrinking Denard's running lanes.
September 10th, 2011 at 10:44 PM ^
that every1sst down we RUN UP THE MIDDLE in LLYOD BALL fashion and get 1 yard. Just knee it on 1st down - save the effort.
September 10th, 2011 at 10:46 PM ^
...just how coach drew it up?
September 10th, 2011 at 11:17 PM ^
Holy f'ing christ Denard is an aweful QB. Just let this guy run this wildcat.
September 10th, 2011 at 11:49 PM ^
You guys curse him I'm sure you're praising him now Go Blue!!!
September 10th, 2011 at 11:51 PM ^
Agreed, screens to Roundtree, Odoms, Grady would be welcomed next week.
Uh, But what a game.

That TD play and the short fullback toss are great plays. I like the fact we go under center some and hope we can run out of that look.
Hopefully Denard hits some of those throws he was missing early. He just didn't seem to have great touch on them.
