Denard Robinson NFL Combine
Just a reminder for those who care. NFL combine is starting workouts today.
Denard will workout with the Wide Outs tomorrow Sunday the 24th. TV is the NFL network. QB's, RB's and WR's all workout tomorrow so the coverage flips back and forth from workout to workout for those of you who do not know about the combine.
His measurables came in at this
Height-5'10 (kind surprised me I thought he was at least 6 foot)
Arm Length 32 5/8"
Weight 199 LBS
Hands 9"

I'm thinking he'll run in the 4.4s, which should be pretty good given the circumstances. Denard has great top-line speed, but I also think part of his magic is his change of direction and shiftiness. He's not a speed-freak athlete like you'll see sometimes, but he's one of those "gametime fast" guys that tend to play in the league while the tap-measure guys struggle.

in the fall correctly, but must admit i'm surprised by his weight. candidly, unless he has a smokin' 40 time i doubt he'll be drafted. he's a guy without a firm position and if the rumors and comments on this board are accurate, his right hand is numb 4 months after the trauma that caused it. great player, great michigan man, but he could be the odd man out of the nfl.

on this prediction, he's been a joy to watch play for us. however, i just saw a freep headline that's talking about him undergoing surgery for that hand/elbow/ulnar nerve cluster muck issue.

Crossed paths with Denard several times on Campus. He's 5'10" (my height).

I was really concerned that they can't measure height at the combine. This allays my fear that Denard has been shrinking.

Denard Robinson just ran a 4.34 40. Speed was never an issue tho.
