Great seeing Denard representing Michigan: he was seen at Yost on Fri for the hockey game.

it is quite a feat that he is so down to earth after all his fame to be down to support other sports he isnt even involved with. I mean I would think not many starting much less star quarterback of a major university that shows this much love for a school like Denard shows all the time. I love this kid and all he brings to the university
21 years of coaching and every senior who stayed had at least 1 big ten title... That is what " Those who stay will be champions" will really get you Ohio native Bo Schembechler.
Who's that woman standing in the upper left corner? How does she not have a smile on her face?
Also, Denard is awesome. It's rare that you see the biggest guy in the city just acting like a normal guy
If you're doing nothing, how do you know when you're finished?

No smile because she's thinking "dammit that should be me!!" - lol.
is so jealous that she isnt in the picture she is so mad is the only answer I can come up with.

This kid is such a natural that post-college the NFL might be a step down for him and what he can do with his life. One of my all-time favorite Wolverines.
"That's some catch, that Catch-22," he observed.
"It's the best there is," Doc Daneeka agreed.
Denard always talks about how he never goes online or looks at media related things anyway so I imagine that helps in staying grounded. That being said, that chick in the upper left is eyeing the Denard and that girl like its the last cookie in the jar
"It was November 22nd, 1969, that they came to bury Michigan, all dressed in Maize and Blue... The words were said, the prayers were read and everybody cried. But when they closed the coffin there was someone else inside..."
if the nfl don't pan out i would make president of fan outreach at the athletic department he would be an uber recruiter for new fans one smile and they would become michigan men
We must not falter! Show strength, show courage, show pride, but show no mercy!
Maybe he's thinking about being a two-sport athlete next year. Imagine how fast he would be on skates.
"He has an uncanny ability to get kids to believe in him and believe in themselves. He doesn't do it with smooth words. He's not smooth. He does it by being the same genuine person day after day." ~Jason Whitlock on Brady Hoke
Hey thats me and my roommates to his left and in the row above him. Pretty cool.
No varsity jacket? Is it at the dry-cleaner?
his smile is so dreamy....
"The Spirit of Michigan: It is based upon a deathless loyalty to Michigan and all her ways...a conviction that nowhere is there a better university, in any way, than this Michigan of ours." -Fielding Yost
Met him at a small house get-together with less than 5 peeps in the room. He is definitely as nice as he comes across. He introduces himself to everyone.
He's never had a 'drink' in his life and is all smiles.
He truly LOVES Michigan and his time in AA.
Lets enjoy him while we can because he is a special Michigan Man, and will go down as one of our greatest ever players and persons.
C/O 1996 BABY!
and smiling down on Denard from football's Valhalla and thinking that amidst all the turmoil of the 2007-2010 years there are still Michigan Men here, doing things the right way, and that one of the best of that group emerged out of that turmoil!

He's so dreamy! His smile makes everything better!!
Hail Shoelace! And may you never change!

GO BLUE
Denard strikes me a guy who realizes that he's got only a year left in college and wants to experience all of it before he moves on. Good for him.
I also find his random appearances at University athletic functions as strangely comforting for the coming season. I feel like he's gotten to the point where has good command of Borges offense that he has a little free time to kick back and enjoy all U of M has to offer.
"...what do you say, is it the new Bluesmobile or what?"
"Fix the cigarette lighter."
The 3 guys around Denard are like "dude, he can pull in whatever he wants without even trying". The chick to the left in the picture is like "You _itch, stop trying to steal my man".
I hope he is showing up in the classroom as well! Does anyone know D's major? Had him in a class?
BUBBA33 says "GO BLUE!"
or is everyone always smiling around Denard? I am so glad he is a Michigan Man.
Oh my...

Now do you think it's easy to just gradually take over every professional sport? Let me tell you something, man. Brothers have started figuring out this ice thing. Hope you enjoyed it!

He'd probably show up!
I wrote this in another thread, but he has a ready-made post-football career. Just go around town and show up at events: a wedding rehearsal dinner, retirement party, store grand opening, the dentist's office, Wendy's drive-thru, etc. Who wouldn't love to see Shoelace!
Preparation is not suddenly accomplished, it is a process steadily maintained.
That's gotta be the luckiest chick in Ann Arbor.
