"Rodrick Williams Jr.'s 10-month old, 2-foot-long savannah monitor named "Kill" gets the RB some strange looks when they go for walks together."
Dayne Crist is done for the year
Kelly will still make him play.
Is there a rule against qb's in wheelchairs? If not this is just a minor set back and should be ready to go next week.
If he can play after being physically blind for a quarter he can play with a leg injury.
"Glee" has taught me that football players in wheelchairs are perfectly acceptable.
Especially if they break out into Brittney Spears numbers every once in a while.
I want Tulsa or Army to clip them so bad so they can't go to a bowl. I'm sitting at a bar in State College and the cheers against ND and Sparty have united us Michigan fans and the Penn St denizens... Well, for a few hours anyway!
There a lot of things I've typed and deleted. I still can't get over that poor kid in the tower the other day so I'm going to just let this one pass.............
When Alex Flannegan asked Brian Kelly in the end-of-the-half interview how Crist's injury will affect the team, his verbatim response was "oh, we're over that."
Kelly's concern for his players' health is touching... or maybe he just REALLY doesn't like Dayne Crist.
Did he say the same thing when asked about the videotaper's death?
That's not quite what she asked. I believe it was whether it would affect their gameplan. No surprise that his answer wasn't well considered.
I think you need to check what you wrote there. He couldn't have said that, could he?
Kelly resigns (but that would require integrity) or gets fired for what has happened at Notre Dame. He is clearly Archduke Douchebag (of Douchebags).
Lane Kiffin abdicated his throne!?!?!?
You make an interesting argument.
Resign for what? Bad record, accidental death (which it is debatable how responsible he personally is for it), or a player injury?
Unless I missed something in the ND game today (watching MSU v. Iowa), I'm not sure why he would resign if he had any integrity.
death. Wilbom had a column that called for his resignation, and while I disagree, there were some solid points to his arguement.
Read an article from Jason Whitlock that called for his resignation also. I also disagree unless there is some info we don't have yet.
He should resign Ffr negligence that led to that "accidental death" (I would call it lack of safety precautions that the coach should take responsibility for).
Are you saying that Kelly is not a douche?
was that being a douche isn't enough to get a guy fired in one year.
See: Mark Dantonio, Charlie Weis (miss you, big guy)
But it would put him on the hook for some significant civil liability.
And he wonders why he wasn't interviewed for the Michigan job.
You mean Arch-douchebag? I think that would be more succinct.
Was it Tulane or Tulsa that Shavodrick Beaver transferred to????
I thought it was, but considering how much those schools matter, I get them mixed up from time to time.
He's at Tulsa now.
Am I missing something? Beaver never transferred he de-committed from us and then went to Tulsa right?
That was such a stupid play by him. He had the first down he saw the guy coming towards him why not run out of bounds before gettting clocked
I had him in my fantasy league today. I am shocked he didn't step out of bounds.
Touchdown Golden Hurricane!
Why does that sound so dirty?
The proffered definition is too inappropriate for me to reproduce.
Wow.....and Stanford changed their name?
I don't know what to say to that.. I learn a lot of things every day but these kind of definitions I could do without
I'm kind of ashamed to have that in my history. I'd better clear my cache.
GeauxBlue ruins another thread by locking it.
Is just too damn small to be running that much.
That's the second patellar tendon that Dayne Crist has ruptured. Notre Dame is our non-conference rival, but that just sounds so painful. I do hope Crist recovers form his injury.
