Once again, the way they call charging is totally broken. Craft's heel was off the ground but he wasn't established when the guy went up. They've got to change the emphasis on those calls.

As Jay Bilas says, "Charging should be a rare call." Coming from a Dukie, that says something about how badly the overcalling of charging is hurting the game.

SERIOUS QUESTION:

If this were footbally, do you cheer for OSU to win their bowl game?  MSU?  I sometimes cheer for MSU in their bowl game (assuming, like, that they make one).  All other Big Ten teams I cheer for.  Never OSU.

So, is it different for you in basketball, or the same for both sports?

But he can hit that. Craft becomes kind of a ball hog at the end of games. Which is fine if you're the best scorer like Trey Burke. But it worked for him there.

That was basically an open 3, kudos to Craft for hitting it but that defender just have him way too much room especially with how little time was on the clock.

So I know it's just a few tourney games but I can't help but think the officiating in the big ten really aided OSU and Wiscy. Craft going for a steal on lucious and getting called for a foul seems like a good example. He clearly put his shoulder into his mans chest but Craft doesn't get why the contact is being called. OSU's offense seems incapable of beating a quality opponent the way these games are bring called.

I was thinking the same thing.  If this game were called the way most of the B1G games were, OSU wins going away.  With the possible exception of at IU, Craft was allowed to ride and foul the player he's defending, then get praised as a great defender.  Take that away, and he's still a good defender but not elite, and OSU is not nearly as lethal.
