If it is the third possibility, then the sight of rain could carry enough weight to allow for that statement to be made.

sorry, if I had not been so lazy and actually check Jake's twitter feed I would have answered my own question.
Deep down I was hoping that it was recruiting related, (and apparently others did too because he tweeted later that it wasn't recruiting related).
Apparently it was some sort of personal goal that he accomplished.
I post on GBW with that as my signature picture. I think it was Shane Morris who first put it on twitter and it has been floated around today.
