as the QB that stuck around, was essentially kicked off the team and had to earn his way back, and eventually led his team to the MNC in 1997.  What few remember is that he beat OSU in three consecutive games (1995, '96, '97), one of which he led as a come back victory after the starting QB spotted OSU nine points.  The only other Michigan QBs that can match that record are Rick Leach (1976, '77, '78); Forrest Evashevski (1938, '39, '40); and William Wasmund (1907, '08, '09).

I can deal with him on other broadcasts, but I hate having to listen to him on Michgian - Ohio State broadcasts, especially when we are losing.

I can really do without the condescending lectures and thinly veiled gloating this year.  We already know.

even if you felt that way spielman did speak the truth about what happened in the game. not his fault michigan did not fight harder in those games against osu. michigan got what they earned. you don't deserve anything. everything you get you earn.

I think he did Detroit Vipers games back in the IHL days - anyone else remember when we had an affiliate for a Florida hockey team in Michigan? It was weird. Anyway, aside from ESPN, that's the only other place I can remember his name appearing. It's actually strange to watch a football game and hear Pasch's name for that reason, but perhaps that's my own issue.

For I fear that after seeing a Turkey get carved up, he is going to see his beloved Wolverines get carved up as well (along with the rest of us).

Praying for a miracle that Michigan can make it a game.
