Dave Brandon - big pimping?
What are the chances that he's just playing us, that his hand is so fantastically pimping that it's just setting us up for when they announce the conference organization and schedules with Michigan's interests so well represented that none of us will ever even think about doubting him again?

Nothing good would come of suggesting, even for a split second, that the conference office and the respective athletic departments are dumb enough to consider this.
Now, they might come to their senses after the flood of emails they've certainly gotten recently (I added my bit to Delany's inbox last night), but they wouldn't be talking about moving The Game if they weren't seriously considering it.

He's not playing us, but it doesn't matter. The outcry against moving the Game is gaining strength every day. It is becoming a serious PR issue for the conference. At first they smugly dismissed our concerns; now they're starting to backpedal. I firmly believe that when the 2011 schedule is released, OSU will be our final opponent. It is becoming more and more obvious that that is what the vast majority wants. (And if you think the outcry is loud now, just wait to see what happens if they announce the schedule without the Game at the end - it'll be 10 times louder and angrier. A lot of fans still don't know what's going on.)
