Danielson Hangs On

I just get the biggest kick out of Danielson hang on to his spread meme.

So Danielson is downright giddy as Alabama proves the "spread is dead" early on as he takes subtle jab after jab that he hasn't been able to use all year long.  He isn't stupid enough to say the spread is dead, but he continues his platform

"This is why this offense will never work in the NFL"

" A lot of people were wondering what would happen when Saban who was coaching in the NFL 5 years ago would come up against Malzhan who was a high school coach 5 years ago"

"You need to attack these spread  qb's and not allow him to stand back there making reads.  I've been saying this all year."   ( This was after a nice blitz by Bama so Gary could claim he and Saban  were the only ones to figure out this gimmicl offense.

So this is all done after Bama has 2 weeks to get ready with one of the best defensive minds in the game,  at home, in a rivalry game......all the while Bama is shredding Auburn using mostly......a spread/pistol attack.

Give it up Gary.  You are a pretty good announcer.  Don't embarrass yourself just because you were a statue that couldn't move.....oops Auburn just scored again....

Auburn's schedule this season isn't exactly what one would classify as a "tough" schedule. Only 4 away games, and out of those, 3 were against  bottom tier SEC teams. I guess that "gutting" out wins vs. a poor ACC team and two bottom tier SEC teams beats stomping the crap outta everyone, as long as you play in the SEC.

I can hold these opinions and love Michigan at the same time. It's so liberating.

He also made a comment about Jones being the best WR in the country(does he even know what Blackmon is doing at OkSt.?) He later backtracked and stated he was one of the best.
