Yea I wish people on this blog would grow up sometimes. I got flamed twice for no reason and it looks like a lot of people are getting the same treatment. I understand if something is said out of line, but people on here flame you just because you have an opinion thats different than what they were thinking or feel about the situation. Its pathetic.

That happened a while ago. Someone is downvoting every post, people can't look stuff up even though all of the answers are at their fingertips, and ignorant posts are becoming the norm. Watered down version of what was once great.

We take a lot of high quality kids from Ohio. The way I see it, this is sort of like our payback for Kyle Kalis. But don't kid yourself, he's at a very pro Michigan school, and there's a LONG way until signing day.

Have you seen OSU's 2013 schedule? It's actually easier than their 2012 schedule. It would take a FAIL of Biblical proportions for OSU to finish any worse than 10-2 in the regular season next year.

OSU 2013 Schedule:

(Opponents 2012 record in parenthesis)

  • Buffalo (4-8)
  • San Diego State (9-4)
  • @ California (3-9)
  • Florida A&M (4-7 FCS)
  • Wisconsin (8-6)
  • @ Northwestern (10-3)
  • Iowa (4-8)
  • Penn State (8-4)
  • @ Purdue (6-7)
  • @ Illinois (2-10)
  • Indiana (4-8)
  • @ Michigan (8-5)

That is a whole lot of suck they are playing in 2013. Be prepared to see OSU in the Top 5 all season next year.

In all fairness we, along with Northwestern, had Vandy on the schedule but they dropped both B1G schools causing us to add SDSU to the schedule with less than a year notice. I know its Vandy but it could have been another school ranked between 20-25 to open the season. Moreover, its not our fault Cal has fell from its status as a good team. When they added them to the schedule they were really good and had a QB named Aaron Rogers. However, I'll admit this schedule is easy based on last year teams performances but I think teams like Iowa and Illinois won't be as bad as we saw last year. Especially Iowa.

I have said this before...first, why get excited about a kid  a year away from NSD?  Please.

Second, don't be surprised if this kid wants to take visits, especially with the likes of LSU and Alabama come calling.

Third, if he does end up at OSU, so what?  It does suck not to nail down a good recruit from a pipeline, but it is far from catastrophic.

This is probably the reason that David Dawson tweeted "Pissed" the other day cause he heard about this and thought now i will have to kick my former teammates ass when he gets to Ohio

No I made Webb a recruit on NCAA 13 and Michigan got him. He's currently starting as a sophmore so I wouldn't worry guys.

OSU is an easy sell right now because of hype.  They went undefeated, and they have a coach and fanbase who talk like they are going to win the title every year.  When they start losing games, and they will, things won't be quite so easy.  Your program can only survive on talk for so long.

The similarities between this and the Dymonte Thomas situation are staggering. You all really think he's going to flip after all the bile he's going to receive at Cass Tech over the next year?
