Damn, why couldnt we play one of these teams tonight?

This Minnesota-MSU game is almost impossible to watch. 12 min in and state is on pace to score 30 points, hopefully they play this way next weekend!

Cause we're scheduled to win tomorrow instead of tonight.  Sorry you're going to have to wait 24 hours for our victory.

All good things come to he who waits my friend........

Joe Lunardi has Minnesota and Michigan State in the tournament, but when he sees the score of this game he'll probably just replace MSU and Minnesota with 2 more Big East teams in his next bracket.

Well, at least we're playing both of these teams soon... in games that could potentially be "meaningless wins" to MSM blowhards...

This really is a horrible game.  I honestly don't see how either of these teams are even in the discussion for an at-large bid, but whatever.  Win tomorrow and these games look very beatable.

We're already hearing every TV crew make apologies for them because "they played a tough schedule."  Tonight's win will put them in the top 40 RPI, and even if they lose to us and Purdue, they won't drop enough to fall out of consideration.   I think the only way they won't get in with a 9-9 conference mark is if they lose to Iowa at home, or in the BTT, which I can't see happening, even if they did lose to them earlier.

Cheap win for Sparty tonight. There was no need for a whistle on either trip to the line for Appling that tied the game and then gave MSU the lead.

I am going to be CRUSHED if we don't win on March 6.

Michigan will still win one way or the other on March 6th regardless of the outcome of the game.  Win lose or draw, we will all go to sleep the night of the 5th, and when we wake up in the morning, Michigan will still be the best school in the Big Ten, and MSU will still be the armpit of Lansing, MI.

That was a fascinating game to watch, in a car crash sort of way.  Watching both teams trade mental breakdowns and "deer in the headlights" looks was very entertaining.

Let's hope MSU doesn't figure out that Payne should be playing a lot more minutes before they play us.

Minnesota is going to be devestated and is almost certainly due for a hangover after that apocalypse. Purdue should roll MSU. Happy days.

By the way, seriously, how did Minnesota lose that game? Pathetic.
