That's not a good reason at all. If that's true he knew a long time ago that he wouldn't be able to make it. His coach didn't schedule this practice yesterday.

For what it's worth, the 11W guys seem to be more worried about UK than UM. Jeremy Birmingham said that if UK wins 7 or more this year (admittedly, not likely), then Harris likely goes there.
Doesn't look good for us right now.
Why? Because by then it will be obvious that we have 2 All-American caliber running backs returning to the team next year?
I agree he seems to be trending that way right now, but at the same time he's not deciding until December. A good season on the field and/or a win in Columbus could go a long way in changing that perception IMO. This news is not good, but it ain't over yet either.

As extreme as his devotion is, eventually will WD discover something new (and maybe he already has?) to go gaga over? Just in the last 2 days he's gone overboard with Chobani (3 in one day!) and Tinder (3 dates already!) . The obsessive-compulsiveness of WD is bound to eventually swing full-bore in a different direction.
As for growing old, nothing that can be done about that. So yeah, reality-appropriate. ;-)

Bad news but this ship probably sailed a long time ago, so not really a big deal. Sounds like we're in pretty good shape with Weber. A top 200 guy isn't a terrible consolation prize.
