I remember someone saying his views exploded in the past week and especially since the weekend.  And his constant references to MGoBlog only concede that his audience may in fact be comprised more of UM Schadenfreude connoisseurs than actual Irish fans.

Now, damefan1, dance for our amusement.  Dance around your flimsy bravado and  predictions!

I didn't think anything could change my mind about rooting with gusto for ND to destroy Sparty until I read that.

"I know the M-Go Blog guy's and the UM fan's will hate seeing this...but ask yourself this! If ND is not the better team why are we 5 point favorites to the current Big 10 Champs #15 MSU? I mean really, do you think UM will be a favorite over MSU?.... NO..."

Clearly this guy knows nothing about setting point spreads.

Yeah, I was thinking the same thing.  Betting lines have very little to do with an expectations of wins and losses - surprised an ND fan wouldn't have realized that given just how crazy some of their lines have been over the years.

I'm with you.  I was looking forward to seeing the Irish silence the State fans around me.  After reading that I'd rather have State win, shut him up, and wait to win the battle for Michigan ourselves later.

Yeah, they are 0-2 on the season, but heck they are favored against MSU!  We are 2-0 and would not be favored against MSU acording to Damefan...oh too bad for UofM.

Do all Dame fans try to spin gold out of poop because he cleary is.  They lost 6 of 7 to UofM including the past 3 years...but heck as long as they have the "better team" it's all good.

I liked the part about Rees only focusing/targeting Floyd 38% of the time, as if that is totally fine.  To put that in perspective, a little more than 1 in 3 times Rees steps away from center, he listens to that part of his brain screaming "FLOYDFLOYDFLOYDFLOYD."  Even Navarre-to-Walker was less predictable.

He's always good for a laugh. Denard Robinson is their only player. Tell that to your defensive backs who got dominated by Hemingway, Gallon, Roundtree and any wideout Michigan chose to put out there in the 4th quarter. Plus Wile out did your punter so bad. Won't it be fun to hear his rationalizations after the Irish are 0-3.

He's right about Denard Robinson being our entire offense.  The rest of the post is just him saying that without Denard Robinson, ND would have totes won the game guys!

What I'm trying to say is: Dame Fan is not smarter than a 5th grader.

I wouldn't even say he was right about Denard being the entire offense. Is he the most prolific player in our offense absolutely YES....but there is plenty of talent on offense that makes this offense GO! Starting with our Offensive Line which held up great in pass protection and like Hoke said running game was effected in part by their good scheme in the first and miss scheme by us but running backs were the key in week 1. And I would say just look at the catches made in the game our WR def have talent that game winner was a big time grab same goes for Jun. So I wouldn't even give him DRob being the entire offense....ask DRob if he thinks he's the entire offense and where he'd be without his teammates he's all about the TEAM TEAM TEAM

...thinking the same thing. Apparently it prevents the gun from going under the chin. I also didn't realize that Denard had 165 yards of receiving. Silly me, I thought Junior Hemingway played Saturday night.
