The Daily has a fun piece about a competition between Denard Robinson and Jordan Kovacs, with the winner getting a steak dinner. The competition involves preparing for the NFL draft.

Not surprisingly, Kovacs didn't beat Robinson's 40 time, but to beat him in the 3 cone drill and the shuttle is amazing. Kid's been putting in the work. Good luck to him!
From the article:
That was all he needed. In the 40, Kovacs, unsurprisingly, couldn’t touch Robinson, but his 4.58-second time was respectable. Kovacs was disappointed in his shuttle time, but his 4.19 seconds was good enough to beat even Robinson.
But his three-cone drill was a statement. His time of 6.62 seconds didn’t just beat Robinson, it destroyed him. Kovacs beat every safety’s time from the Combine, and his time would’ve ranked him third overall.
Good job, Jordan! Hope you're able to find a spot in the league.
I'm very surprised that Denard didn't have better cone and shuttle times - and equally surprised at Jordan's times. Looking forward to watching both of them next year.
It sounds like they both earned a few steaks yesterday. When was the last time the captains were the two highest picks?
I can't wait to start describing things as "steak worthy"

Do they use the same technology at the UofM pro day as they do at the combine for all of the timing? Just wondering.
