Players already familiar with the new head coach and less likely to bail i would think. Also on Muller, since the new guy used to be a former O-line coach i do not think that bodes well for our chances.

He was a last minute, previously commited to Rutgers, recruit on the board only because he was worried about his position coach leaving. Now he's not only staying but promoted to head coach. Hard to steal a recruit from anyone in that situation.

Balls. I read the title and instantly thought this must help us with Muller....but then it just happens his position coach gets the bump to head coach. We just can't catch a break lately.

Whether this Flood guy can do anything past the next week is yet to be seen. Also, good for FIU to retain their coach. He's a good young coach and seems to be building something good there. I hope he stays for a while longer before he gets poached by a really big school

unless he thinks he can hold out for a better offer elsewhere after next year, what is the draw for cristobal to stay at fiu? the sun belt conference is so crappy that even big east teams should look down on them. and its not like its a marquee job.
