The only way we get a new arena/ stadium is if the arena and or stadium is too unstable to be supported one day in the future. Sadly, I see yost coming down in my life time because it still has most of it's origional supports.
I don't care how much it costs, if the big house ever comes down, even if it is unstable, whoever the AD is will be shipped in a box to Arizona (Where we like to ship our trash)
