Well, I am an insomniac.... I just didn't think to check mgoblog earlier because there generally isn't anything aside from a Friday night drinking thread right now. Thanks for the late (early?) content! Although in typical fashion, there's nothing of much substance in the interview. That's not a knock on Gordon mind you.

Honestly, the closer we get to game time and the more I hear the players and coaches speak of the Dallas Game the less I think we're winning this one. Every interview glorifies Alabama... our guys don't seem to have as much confidence as we place on them. Maybe I'm over-analyzing the team's expressions but it's not looking good if their words and demeanor are an indication. Hope I'm wrong.

these responses.  They are quite clearly canned responses prepared by the staff.  That said, I have never had high hopes Michigan could pull this out, but my hopes have been rising based on what I am hearing about the running and receiving.  The offense will have to step up, because the defense is going to have its hands full.

DK must get a little frustrated because they give him NOTHING to take and explore further. I feel like I've watched 22 days of the same video. Well done Hoke!

Do I think Thomas Gordon is going to make strides as a safety this year? Oh yeah, definitely. It feels strange and awesome to have confidence in our back 7. So ready for Sept 1.

Can someone explain why these videos always freeze and don't load correctly for me. Whether I am watching the embed or on mgoblue it always freezes and makes me want to light my face on fire.

We give Karsch shit...these questions have been pretty bad this year. However, this interview was BY FAR the best!

You would've thought that we would've had to here about Denard, hair and the absense of Troy Woolfolk over and over, but I found this one quite informative.

Well done, Doug! Well done.

Sidenote, he has a wikipedia page: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Doug_Karsch

Looked like James Ross was running with the first team in a few of those clips.  Wouldn't be surprised to see him end up starting at WILL at some point this season.
