May want to post this in it's own.  Great find.

While one can't take much from a few clips, it didn't look like Green was carrying a bunch of bad weight as some had feared after hearing he came in at 235.  Other than that, just great to see football and great to see Shane throw a laser.

I must have missed it, but where did you read Green came in at 235lbs? I thought he came in at 222lb and it was Ben Gedeon who came in at 235 which is nice to hear if its good weight which im sure it is since they call him the freak.

I'm not going to lie but Toussaint looks better than I thought he would so quickly after such a horrific injury. It's good to see and I love his confidence.

Great to see Fitz running and cutting at full gas again. He's got some serious change of direction to him when he's healthy, the guy looked pretty dang good in the videos.

I'll withhold judgement until tomorrow's CDTKO on Countess, but he looked pretty fluid too. Doesn't seem to have lost 'dat hip flip either.

I thought that was interesting, how Fitz said that his best day of rehab was that practice basically - it's great to see that he's not only back and confident, but moving extremely well. He seems more than ready, and the younger RBs couldn't ask for a better mentor on this team, I would think.

It seems like just as Toussaint was regaining some 2011-ness last year, that's when Iowa was on the schedule sadly. With the schemes shifting to pro-style all the way and the changes on the line, this could be an interesting year for Fitz. He's definitely still got the speed and the elusivity, from the look of things.

Fitz looks great.  I had the sound down low on the video but it sounded like he mentioned that he had a daughter...? which inspired him to want to work with kids.  That is great, considering the tough area where he came from he has seems to have his priorities in line.

...he's so focused right now. I'm rooting for him all the way. Doesn't mean Green can't be the more talented back. In '97 Chris Howard was the starter and got the bulk of the load, but he was pushed every day by a young freshman with the nickname "The A-Train." By the end of the year they were splitting series'.
