CTK Day 20 two years ago:
Those are some nice looking eyebrows.
They're ok....I guess.
He has to be tweezing. There's no way you get that thick of eyebrow without them reaching out to say hi to one another.
That diet must be doing wonders for his eyebrows
it takes the emphasis off of his eyebrows. That's important, because Chewbacca is pissed off and wants them back.
At the end of the day.... His abs are breathing
I have been wondering that for a while as well. A lot of guys have been doing it. Is it for function or fashion?
Clearly it's for the ladiessss.
running with the 1's there
Rooting for Roh to put it all together in this final year
so take that for what it's worth
I love Craig Roh, but those dietary ideas are the most ridiculous that I have heard. But whatever works!
Mattison has lost 20 pounds in the offseason.
that doesn't prevent him from using that in game sign language where he lifts up his titties! that clip from the nebraska game still cracks me up.
Not ridiculous Chi BigHouse, not in the least.
The concept was pioneered by Dr. Peter D'Adamo, and although there has been scientific scepticism of the diet, there are some concepts that D'Adamo's promotes that have gained a great deal of traction within the nutritional community. Personally, I work with a naturopath who swears by many of the concepts, but says that it's not an across the board truism.
Here's a chart you can look at:
I am an "A", and as such, I am supposed to do better as a pretty strict vegetarian. When I first got introduced to this concept around 2000, I tried becoming a vegan as an experiment (I know, I know). After cutting out all meat and dairy, with little exercise, I dropped from 220lbs. down to 175lbs. in a matter of months. I've always been plagued with upper respiratory issues, which completely disappeared while on this strict diet. Take it for what it's worth, but you might want to look into something before you call it, "the most ridiculours" dietary idea you've ever heard.
"Type Os of African descent should avoid dairy products altogether"
I'm lactose intolerant anyway, I'm well on my way to leaner me!
I second this Sten Carlson. My wife is really into the "eat right for your blood type" thing. It's not all about weight loss. After she researched it and made some changes, it really helped her feel better and have more energy. She had always eaten healthy, she just dropped some foods and added others. Really has made a difference for her.
But I've heard others support it.
As an A type diet (A psitive, also for both parents), most types of dairy are supposte to be indigestible, and I'm supposed to avoid any peppers or spices, clams and other seafood, brazil nuts, cashews and similar nuts.
The other day I had an appetizer of little hot sausage bites, plate of extremely spicy clam pasta, a cheese plate and a very small pecan sundae for dinner. The next day I felt the best I had in ages. It might work for some people, but this is so not beneficial for me.
Is it just me or was the CTK from two years ago super weird/awkward?
Even more weird because Roh said that the 2010 defense would play angry and fast...
They did, just angry and fast as they were missing tackles and running out of position.
That does sound like an awful life.
The narrator is... not good. Didn't Doug Karsh do these last year?
How can we know if anyone is gigantically tall without him for reference?
Looks like the D was stopping the O on every play there. This can only mean our defense will be great.
Wrong, the offense is going to suck, everyone panic!!!!!!!!
Man, I forgot how much I liked the old CTK music. Way better than what they have now.
The scariest part of that '10 clip is that Roh thought the D was good.
I don't want him "happy on the field" I want him angy, distubed and full of bad intent. He does rock a unibrow though.
I have to say that, in terms of content, I have enjoyed the 2012 CTK videos to date more than in recent years. Given that it is the second year under the current staff, it is interesting to hear what players - particularly the upperclassmen - have to say.
I enjoyed Roh's perspective on "maximizing time", if you will, particularly in your last year, and I am pretty hopeful that he will continue to give the opposing offense a reason to "fear the brow", a brow which he actually makes work for him.
Craig Roh is one of those lineman that has transformed his body; He looks like a completely different person from 2 years ago. Roh looks to be primed for a big year.
Roh's new position looks to be the natural one for him. Alabama's stud OL is going to know they've been in a football game come September One.
Agree with your statement on Roh! Dude is huge compared to the video from 2 yrs ago.
