His size certainly looks like it can hold the point of attack.

Happy CFB Day everyone...enjoy the games tonight. Get hype for Saturday vs. CMU!

that I can press and just go right to me standing in the stadium, getting chills watching team 134 touch the banner? That and the band leader doing the back bend always get me. Can't wait to see this team perform...

I opened my morning friendly and the lede in the first story I read talks about Jadevon Clowney's hit on Vincent Smith being heard round the college world almost instantly last January in the Outback Bowl. The preview story was about the seeming invincibility of Clowney vs. UNC in tonight's 6 p.m. kickoff at South Carolina. These schools rarely play each other these days.

The next story I read quotes John Wangler extensively recalling getting hit and knocked out of the Gator Bowl by Lawrence Taylor, who before becoming a No. 2 overall pick and NFL legend with the Giants, starred as the original Clowney replica at North Carolina, and demonstrated why with the Wangler hit.

It is clear that Smith's impact on the college game will indeed stand the test of current internet time based on the Clowney play, a hit that will live in infamy. But  I will recall that Smith jumped right back up and never missed a real beat even if he lost the ball. Pahokee. Toughness personified.

The Clowney hit on Smith is by FAR the most overhyped and overplayed hit in the history of ESPN.

Kwitakowski the walk on TE missed his assignment and did not even try to put a block on Clowney who had a free shot at the tiny RB Smith.  Any DE in college ball would have made that play.  Im so sick of the media glorifying athletes with clips like that one...

Everyone in Michigan should be aware of the state’s new motto: Si quaeris 43rd Big Ten Championship amoenam, circumspice (mostly Latin)

If you seek a pleasant 43rd Big Ten Championship, look about you.

How many of these CTK videos can they pick clips where our defense looks way better than our offense?

Or at some point does it become obvious that they aren't picking clips?

Defense should be good to great this year, but our offense is going to have to gel at some point.  Looks pathetic right now.

Although I agree with you that our D will be better than our O, it seemed like yesterday they showed more good offensive plays and today's was about the D (hence the interviews from Heitzman, Clark and Avery).

Also - showing good defensive plays on these videos gives nothing away, but showing a good offensive play would.
