After seeing that AT&T Flash Mob ad for like the 500th time, I still think it's great. They should never get rid of it. Never ever.

I've seen it so many times that I have started to analyze it. A few points:

Why the heck is everyone at the station a full half hour before it starts if they're all aware it's not until 12:30?

What phone takes that long to download a full FIVE word email?

How does he not notice he's the only one for like 10 seconds?

Why will it not die?

It's better than their last one, with the guy laughing in the car before everyone else. That just made AT&T users look like a-holes who would have no friends because everyone is on a different page (albeit a slower page)

1.  Why the heck is everyone at the station a full half hour before it starts if they're all aware it's not until 12:30?

It's Grand Central Station.  It's always full.  If they're participants, they're incognito and scoping out a good corner.

2.  What phone takes that long to download a full FIVE word email?

I only understand my landline.

3.  How does he not notice he's the only one for like 10 seconds?

He's an artiste, and really into his art.  Hence oblivious to his surroundings until he senses his audience isn't receptive.

4.  Why will it not die?

Good question.

Talk with your pins and your pads this year, son

Looks like Huyge is holding off Schofield for the RT spot (yes, still early)

Karsch does a nice job with these

Is there a link to the player's numbers some where on the site.  I don't have all the players numbers memorized and I'd love to know who I'm watching in the practice vids.  Thanks for helping out a new MGoBlogger.

I've seen debate on how tall Karsch is (I have read 6-3) If Shaw is listed at 6' (probably more like 5-10 or 5-11), after seeing the 2 side by side, Karsch has to be 6-5 or more.

Karsch's height gets talked about almost every time there is a countdown video recently.  He's obviously a tall guy, so why the heck does he stand 1-2 feet closer to the camera than the person he's interviewing?  That's usually a tactic to make somebody shorter appear taller, which isn't necessary with Karsch.

Yeah man, in that scenario, it's no big deal. But in that game he was shut down, hard. So it's kind of like if you can talk big and act big, great. But, if you get shut down, you should keep your mouth shut. Confidence never hurts, arrogance and cockiness can make you look stupid.

I'm still waiting for the "Shaw needs to run tougher" comment which I'm totally convinced is grounded in the idea that Shaw and Carlos Brown are the same person.  Shaw runs with a lot of toughness.

Shaw looks like our best 'back in all these CTK practice clips, but highlights don't tell us the story with him. It's whether or not he's cut down on the lowlights (loss of yardage, hitting the incorrect hole) that could win him the starting job.

I love Michael Shaw and hope to see him start this year but I really want someone to interview some freshman. I have not seen any interviews with any of the incoming class, is there some type of rule about them talking to the press?
