I like this coach Montgomery. He played at Iowa so he knows the league and he looks like he can still knock some guys around...id think the dlinemen would respect learning from a guy like that.

Encouraging to hear that Will has progressed. I guess having three guys that can coach up the DL will do that. This kid can be a monster for the next two seasons.

FIrst time I've heard Coach Montgomery talk for any length, and I'm impressed. He is a matter-of-fact guy who likes to focus on proper technique. Sound familiar? I get more excited every day about this season, and the more I think about it the more the defense becomes the center peice of what Michigan can accomplish. Defense wins championships. Go Blue!!!

Yeah, I like how he speaks as well. If we didn't have a good day, he says so. If guys need work, he says so, he doesn't sugar-coat and say everyone's working hard and looking good.
That said, It sounds like our DL should be good. BWC was the big question mark, and it sounds like he's coming around. It sounds like Roh will be strong and MM and RVB are who they are and they're good players who should be better this fall.
