Cool picture of Hardaway Jr. and Sr. EDIT: And Trey

Found this on twitter. Pretty cool. I'll admit I didn't think THJ would be a first rounder but man I shouted when his name was called.

Some comments from TH Sr. from NJ.com

The elder also assessed his son’s ability, trying his hardest to be impartial. Hardaway, Sr. said his son “sacrificed a lot” last season at Michigan, noting his 14.3 points per game scoring average.

“As a scout, I felt he really wasn’t able to show his full talents,’’ the father said. “He was the veteran of the team, the leader of the team. He had to make sure everyone else does their job and does it well [and] it hampered his game a little bit. … If he would’ve went out there and been selfish, and done his own thing, they wouldn’t have made it to the championship game.’’

I just gotta say, that's one bad suit Burke is rocking. And by bad I mean I mentally trying to figure out where I can go and find a tie that color.

I'm confused, Burke doesn't smile.

As much as I hated THJ leaving, it was the right move for him.  Next year's draft is going to be ridiculous and unless he blew up out of nowhere I don't know that he would have been picked at all.

Happy for both.  Pretty good situation for both as well.  Utah is great for Trey - at least on the basketball court... not sure how much he'll love being in SLC.  For me, there is exactly NO team that I like less than Utah.  This is presonally disappointing.  I guess I will have to learn to like Utah.  I like jazz a lot, so I'll focus on the great Utah/Jazz musical connection.
