Woot! It's good to see a happy ending to that one. It's even better that the NCAA saw value in have people informed about compliance issues and such.

I'm also very happy to see him back. The fact that he is now doing it with the permission of his bosses and doing it for the NCAA is even better. I think everybody wins here. LMU can say that their assistant compliance director writes for the NCAA. The NCAA can say that it is embarking on an era of transparency. And Compliance Guy can do what he loves the most.
