And our clock stands at seven hundred sixty something.
November 26th, 2011 at 5:19 PM ^
I think 736 actually. Is that right?
November 26th, 2011 at 5:41 PM ^
We lost to them last year, did we not? So, hasn't it been about 362 days? or are you counting all the way to the game next year (obviously they won't have a chance to beat us until then)
November 26th, 2011 at 5:45 PM ^
They vacated 2010 due to being giant assholes.
November 26th, 2011 at 5:58 PM ^
ok, I guess i can see that. I don't know about everyone on here, but it doesn't erase it in my mind. It still hurt, even if it "officially" never happened. My clock would still be 362 (or whatever it is from last year) However, I'm in the no-clock camp for this one. Keep the countdown clocks, I like those. But I don't think we should be counting the days since OSU last beat us.
I sure am enjoying this win though. GO BLUE!!!
November 26th, 2011 at 5:59 PM ^
Should have had to vacate AT LEAST two more, too.
November 26th, 2011 at 6:58 PM ^
Yeah, it irritated me every time the TV announcers referred to how long it had been since we beat "Ohio." Even if they meant "on the field" it would have been nice to hear ONE reference to how officially, last year was not a win for OSU. By the way, I just checked the UofM website and it shows the season record for 2010 as us losing to OSU. So when we hear that OSU "vacated" their 2010 victories, does that not mean that it goes down as a U of M win, as a forfeit would? Anybody know?
November 26th, 2011 at 7:49 PM ^
Vacated wins still count as losses for the other team.
November 26th, 2011 at 5:25 PM ^
Let's not do a clock. It's a classless form of douchebaggery.
November 26th, 2011 at 6:00 PM ^
Seconded. It is something that OHIO fans would do. M Fans have more class than that.

You lost me at your second "second." Is this some kind of meta-pun?
November 26th, 2011 at 5:27 PM ^
It will be over 1,000 days since OSU beat us come next November... minimum.
November 26th, 2011 at 5:30 PM ^
It now says "Days until The Game 2012..."
November 26th, 2011 at 5:53 PM ^
DIE ORCS DIE
November 26th, 2011 at 5:56 PM ^
the clock to countdown the days until the ncaa drops the hammer on their ass.
November 26th, 2011 at 5:59 PM ^
I dont know how to embed...somebody get the Pitbull "Lets have a real good time" video in here pronto !!!
November 26th, 2011 at 6:02 PM ^
They never should have had the clock in the first place.
1.The concept of the clock is classless.
2.Do they even care that Tressel cheated to get AT LEAST TWO of those wins. (And those are just the ones we found out about.) It like bragging about your coach being a cheating piece of crap. Classless.
November 26th, 2011 at 8:17 PM ^
Since when do Buckeye fans care about being classless? When they vacated the wins, the first thing my brother said to me (we are from Columbus and I am the only "traitor" in the family) was that we all know what happened on the field, that is all that matters. I think the Cooper era scarred that fanbase for life.
November 26th, 2011 at 6:57 PM ^
It should be official but nobody seems to care.
November 26th, 2011 at 8:09 PM ^
I was not aware they had introduced the ability to tell time in Columbus yet.
Incidentally, in reference to a post made earlier, they vacated 2010 through their giant asshole surely....
