Although the game will be the most fun, the rest of the day leading up to this match-up (drinking, eating, playing fight music, drinking, yard games, drinking, drinking) will be almost just as fun, and watching Gameday in Dallas adds to the fun. What a fun, fun, fun day it will be.

For whatever reason this hasn't really made it's way over to Tarrant County (where the game is taking place, I think they've had 1 death vs 8 or so for Dallas).  Hopefully the aerial spray helps kill them (why don't they do that every year??) and it won't be an issue in a couple weeks.

This certainly makes sense and it will be definitely fun to watch the goings-on in the set background throughout the day in the hours leading up to this game - hopefully, we even see a shoutout or two for this blog. This is definitely good news. It seems like, far and away, of the games being played on Labor Day weekend, this one is the most anticipated on the national level and has been for months now. In response, BTN will, of course, be airing Indiana vs. Indiana State in the same time slot.

I'm not a fan of having to wait all day for a night game, the day seems as long as the final month leading up to the season. Having to wait all day in week one is going to be even more brutal.

Second straight year both football and basketball College Gamedays will be featuring a Michigan game.

UTL and Michigan vs ohio last year

Cowboys Classic and Michigan at indiana this year.

Great national exposure. If they had college hockey gameday, Michigan would be the headquarters.

This is not a surprise at all.  Have you seen who all the ranked opponents are playing for their non-conference schedules?  Plenty of 1-AA teams, MAC teams and teams who couldn't make it to a bowl last year.

Outside of our schedule, it's going to be a very boring September around the nation in college football.

Everyone knew they would be there this is no surprise. What does surprise me is the fact of us not wearing blue for this game which pisses me off some. It should be blue vs crimson out there. >:/ We're the home team damn it.
