turbo cool

I was just thinking the same. Both us and Nebraska will be at least top 20, maybe even top 15. Take a look at the rest of the day's schedule of games, it's brutal. Nebraska-Michigan is definitely the best game on tap.

Not a big enough game and I don't think they typically go to the same city in one season. I think it has happened before, but it's very rare.

just because it's the "biggest" game by default doesn't mean it warrants gameday coming.   It's a battle for second place in the legends division.  They were already here once.  The rankings aren't the only thing that matters... that's why they go to army-navy, harvard-yale, etc.

They've probably been wanting to cross Houston off the list for a while and this is a good time to do it.

Houston gets GameDay for a (current) undefeated season, while Boise had it's first GameDay last year after making noise for non-AQers for the past few years.  It seems like a choice of weather, rather than a choice of game.

I'm thinking Gameday goes to the Harvard-Yale game next weekend, and then Bedlam the week after. They try to do an "important" 1-AA game every now and then, and next week's slate doesn't look to have any games with national implications.
