Best QB in the building???
help i've been transported back in time to Jim Tressel's hiring help
Best QB in the building???
Props to that kid. True freshman first snap ever TD
SPARTY BEING SPARTY.
TD WMU! First play for their QB who hasn't played a D1 snap and it's a TD!
WHAT DID I TELL YOU
The Damien Terry era begins tonite. And not because Coach D wanted it that way.
The song is "Hot Time in the Old Town Tonight"
That was actually Michigan's fight song before Elbel wrote The Victors in 1898.
Appears to be significantly better than their starter. And any other QB in this game so far.
Does anyone know of a stream for the game now that the weather has calmed down?
Nice indeed. A kid who has not played one snap in a college game comes in as QB for the Broncos and makes a 14-yard TD pass on his very first play.
Your move, Mr. Dantonio.
a top ten defense. Wow. That is an AL Bundy moment.
That was almost a safety. What an idiot. He took the ball went into his own endzone and was gonna take a knee.
Living , breathing, turnover.
ALL FLY ZONE?? CHASE IT!
Funchess is going to feast on State's D if they leave plays like that open.
This just got way more fun you guys.
They're bad. But the offensive line is turrible.
6 Gators suspended for failing drug tests.
Or as Meyer would frame it, extra time reading the playbook.
The marijuana "issue."
LOL Urban! Wait...piss.
I'm amazed that this defense has looked so mediocre in this game. WMU was 4-8 last year, and yet have more yards than MSU on offense. I'm sure MSU will be better as the game drags on because they are more talented, but this is pretty horrible.
If I'm a couch in East Lansing, I'd be getting really nervous right now.
Looks like Sparty is going to be firing on all couches tonight.
Nice schadenfreude over at RCMB if anyone wants an additional laugh.
Right about now!
Someone actually schemed against Sparty's insanely aggressive D? Really...
Doesn't look like they're going to get a lot of pressure again this year. Play action on early downs, take chances deep.
Thats got to be pretty sweet. Your first play as a college player is a touchdown pass.
I continue to be amazed that MSU's offensive line is this bad, consistently, for the past couple of years. Other than the inevitable big-time game against UM, this line has been below average for what feels like years.
For all the hell about the QB this MSU vaunted OL laden with seniors and juniors CANNOT DISPLACE a MAC defensive line.
Hope he's not seriously hurt. If so, Sparty is in even more trouble.
That's the absolute last thing MSU needed.
When you are breaking out the gimmick plays in your first game, your core offense may be in trouble.
The goalie (QB) in the 2nd quarter two plays in a row...
Guyz, maybe WMU's 32 year old coach is just a prodigy. Yep that must be it.
Where is Funoti? I thought he was their starting LT? He's their best OL
LOL way to go sparty, you showed your hand and now teams will know you have wildcat.
Two straight Wild Cat plays? Against Western?
MOAR trick plays to get past WMU defense...
Little giants.....to get first down?
That play was just a whole bunch of fail. RB gets smashed, and WR drops the ball.
nice drop! heh.
Same old MSU receivers....another dropped pass
When they had Cunningham and Martin, I was terrified of them getting the ball. Now, I think MSU fans are terrified when the ball goes anywhere cose to these receivers.
So Burbridge is supposed to be a good WR, right? Because right now, he looks like an extremely overrated WR given the number of drops he's had in his career.
Lol when Maxwell actually makes a pass the WRs drop it.
