Seriously - Bell is NOT a Heisman trophy winner because he's doing well against an undersized Boise St. defense with virtually no one back.
That said, he's playing well. MSU should be ahead in this game; Boise's only hope is keeping it to FGs.

I will admit Bell does look good so far.... very WIsconsin back-esque but he doesn't have the speed or lateral movement to be a first round pick. If he stays healthy a solid third or second rounder.

ESPN decides to call Bell a Heisman candidate due to 3 or 4 decent runs against a second-rate defense during the first half of the first game of the season. I hate ESPN.

The best part of this is the camera shots to the crowd. Spartan fans try so hard to get excited only to be let down by the on field performance and the disappointment is delicious.
