College Basketball open thread
anyone else watching the game on ESPN2. Georgetown with the comeback of a lifetime. Down 22 with 10 minutes to go and now tied with 1 min to go. BTW absolutely awful job by the referee's. They called the game tight for 30 minutes and then decided that a wrestling match would be a great idea for the last 10. No surprise Jim Burr is at the scene of the crime.

Damn you Georgetown. Don't make that comeback and get my hopes up for you to cover -1.5 and then squash my hopes. Damn you.

Georgetown ends up losing, but what a crazy second half! The referees were awful in that game....I hate when they seem to take over the game.

Northwestern losing to Penn State. At home. With Madison looming. Nice!!!
I am telling you, the committee is going to want to give the Big Ten six teams. UM can still pull this off. I think they are about to get hot, with Minnesota, Illinois, and Penn State remaining at home. Come on Blue, make my year.
