That kick return was huge. I haven't seen him in the game since then, though. They need to give him some more touches.

Pretty amazing season for this kid.
On a related note, watching this game is a reminder of why Sandstorm being blasted in a college football stadium is so aggravating.

It should be between McCoy, Ingram, Gerheart, and Spiller for the final four candidates. That's at least how I see it right now (Tebow-less).

Kellen Moore deserves to be on the list before McCoy does

I don't think so man.

McCoy is considered front runner, but Spiller deserves the award. He can truly can score from anywhere on the field, and is the most explosive player in the NCAA right now. Has scored a TD in 5 different ways this year.

The only games on in my area right now are SoCar/Clemson, NCSt/UNC, and SouthernMiss/EastCarolina. It makes me wonder why Wake/Duke isn't on with all this Carolina love.
EDIT: Even South Carolina State vs App State is on. What the hell is with this?

It's because the Carolinas are closer to the SEC, so clearly have better football just by association.

...as a make-up call for last year.

Gerhart for Heisman. He has better numbers across the board than the "frontrunner" Mark Ingram.

shut down Spiller all day long today. Not looking good for his Heisman chances.
