Charles Woodson yells "PHOTO BOMB!" slides right into the middle of Michigan team picture. pic.twitter.com/2MXEPDfiZ2
Shoulda hit The Pose.
He did it during the game when they showed him on the scoreboard.
GRIII would strike the pose in front of Charles after his big 3 pointer at the end of the game.
love our alumni
Love seeing grown-ass men having some college fun!
If anyone can do that, it's Woodson. And Tom Brady
Is she really there? Recruits...
Pretty sure that was from the final four last year
Yeah it looks like the georgia dome in the background. and I remember seeing a commotion around were she was by a bunch guys trying to get a picture with her while I was down in the student section.
inspired Spike at the dome ....
She looks thrilled to be having her pic taken.
Close, and yet so far...
I do think she's looking at me
funny that he yelled photo bomb! (my kids do that)
~ The Michigan Difference
It probably means that he has kids that age. We do regress with our children.
Thanks for sharing
I love Woodson but I'm not a fan of that move.
Duly noted...I guess.
our players are like: who the fuck is this guy! lol
When you are CHARLES WOODSON, you can do that.
Besides, they just took the picture again a couple seconds later.
Mgotyrone, your avatar defeats your argument. It is impossible to believe that you're not a fan of that move, given the look on "your" face.
At least it wasn't Jalen, am I right?
Jalen's great, so is Woodson, they both love Michigan and for many of us it's mutual.
I like Woodson more than Jalen. Just saying.
If I do that, I'm the asshole
I love the look on Stauskas' face. Like, "Who IS this guy?"
As always, in the interest of fair play, we need a shout out for the opponents. After all, IU brought all of their Heisman Winners along for support.
I'm still trying to figure out if JMo is pissed about him being in the picture or star-struck.
"Oh, right. Yeah, he can do that all he wants."
When the teams were shaking hands J-Mo went over to Chuck and hugged him, so I'm assuming he both knows who he is and is okay with a photobomb.
It's not like they can't take another serious picture. I love the photobomb.
I really love how much Woodson sincerely still loves U of M. He's not just a Michigan legend, he's a full on Wolverine fanatic.
Nice. Charles Woodson might be one of the relative handful of people who could shout "Photobomb!" like that, slide into the photo, and make the photo timeless and awesome in its own right. At least, one of the relative few people in a Michigan athletics context. I wonder if anyone got that moment live for television purposes actually, because the look one a few players' faces seems rather priceless.
The Journey was right up front filming the whole bomb.
Can do whatever he wants. You the man!
Someone blow up that picture. Is Jon Horford...smiling? Or just thinking.
There are a few pictures out there with Jon having a strange look on his face while others (Mitch) are having a blast. Did anyone else see Jon not want to go up on the ladder and cut his piece of net? He went ahead and cut his piece and then gave it to an assistant. I don't get it.
Well after the game Jon was at the big M fountain signing autographs and taking pictures with fans. Way cool.
Photos bomb Woodson.
Second: Charles should be able to grab the mike at Crisler and boom, "Neel before Zodd!" and everyone in attendance should be required and willing to follow that order.
Class act. And really funny photobomb.
Only MGoBlog could have guys saying this is somehow something other than awesome. Woodson is that man. Enjoy the pic. Everything doesn't need to be broken down by good or bad, recruiting boost or bust, etc...Enjoy the moment for what it is.
There is so much good about this! About the team, the atmosphere, our alumni, our unity, and our enjoyment of all of the above.
Great to see. Greatness recognizes greatness and all that jazz.
Real recognize real.
Obviously I'm in the minority, but I don't really like this move. Yes, you're a legendary Michigan football player who won the Heisman a long time ago. That doesn't mean you have to be the center of attention after the basketball team wins their first outright title in 28 years. This was their moment. These pictures should have been of the team and the team only, and there is zero reason that the kids who worked hard for this trophy should have to see a former college football player's head right beneath it.
PEOPLE ARE HAVING FUN. THEY MUST BE STOPPED.
A. It wasn't like they only had one shot at this team picture or anything and they took another "offical"one moments later it seems.
B.Anything that connects support between different sports (like the multiple shots of Denard the last few years at basketball games) I'm for.
C. He's Charles Motherfucking Woodsen. He can photobomb anybody, anywhere, doing anything athletically and I'm good with it. He's in that pantheon of Michigan greats like Tom Brady who have earned that right.
If it had been one of the Fab Five doing that I'd get the sentiment (although I'd probably really like that too) but not CMFW. Not him.
YEAH!!! The problem with today's technology is that there are so few ways to take pictures. Those guys had to pose for 2 hours so the picture wouldn't be blurry, and they obviously didn't have time to take another one because they had to drive home in their horse and buggy and then wake up early in the morning to milk the cows!
If only there were some kind of technology to allow, I dunno, a thousand pictures to be taken of last night...
Blue know it
Charles is always giving his Go Blue shout outs on FB before all our football and Bball games. I need to attend one of his Twenty Four Winery, wine dinners. When I went out to his tasting room in Napa a few years ago, I was in my M shirt and M hat and they game me and my wife a tasting room discount for being a Michigan Alum. I wish Charles was there at the time! But he always shows up at his wine dinners.
I swear I would be so pissed if the NFL Defensive Player of the Year and a future Hall of Famer wanted to jump in on my picture...
We need to stand up for these kids!
You forgot to mention fellow Michigan alum and only defensive player to ever that Heisman Trophy thingie too. You could definitely see where a guy like that would totally ruin an impromptu Michigan basketball picture if he was in it.
To them CW is just some old guy from the misty depths of time.
Oh wait, that's me.
J-Mo has a look on his face like "what do you want me to do...It's Charles Woodson". Hilarious.
Charles Woodson played at UM 1995-1997.
Zak Irvin - born 1994
Just to put in perspective :)
