Yes. That is all.
Yes. That is all.
Yes. He will be in the HOF at some point.
Speaking of which, Dick LeBeau needs to be in the HOF. I can't believe that guy isn't a Hall of Famer. It's kind of ridiculous.
He's also a Heisman winner who has actually had success in the NFL. I think he is making a very good case for himself to get a good luck when it comes time for him to be considered.
but I don't think that will count towards NFL HOF.
No it won't count, but it shouldn't need to. Especially with another Super Bowl trip and hopefully a Super Bowl victory.
Period. The End.
In my book, absolutely! He is a lock! I guess that is why they don't let me vote for the hall of fame though. If I had to give an honest opinion I would say that by the end of his career he would be in , yes. I think he would get in now wit his credentials but definitely by the end of his career.
If he gets a Super Bowl win and a couple more good year. He should definitely be a lock.
I would vote for Ty Law as an NFL hall of famer, but what do I know?
That is a great point. Not many bigger big game players and the steady stats to back it up.
Going into this year he was probably on the bubble or maybe even a little worse, but after the DPOY it's a near certainty. If he plays a couple more years and gets in at least one more Pro Bowl then he'd be a 100% lock.
A lot of the NFL analysts I've seen discuss this subject prior to this year said that he was on the bubble too. The additional Pro Bowl this year and DPOY makes it a lock.
yes, no question in my mind
Probably. The NFL Hall of Fame is more like the Hall of Very Good. Everyone gets in eventually.
I hear what you are saying, but I disagree. Only 5-6 get in each year. That means the numbers are pretty standard. And with the number of teams at 32 where in the past there were 4-8 fewer teams, I think it is still a good barometer.
Also, Hutchinson should get a Hall call when he decides to hang it up. He's had a heck of a career at OT. 7 time pro-bowler, 5 time All-Pro 1st team.
except he's had a heck of a career at OG.
My bad. Complete brain fart.
Some pretty impressive things on here.
Brady, Hutchinson, and Woodson are all in IMO.
That teams is looking more and more impressive as the years progress.
Being a guard might hurt Hutch a little, but he has been so steady. He should also get in.
Not bad for a college team...3 HOFers. I wonder how many players from that team made NFL rosters? 20 or more?
I hope so. What really helped him was this year and his ability to play a number positions on defense successfully. As a CB alone, he has been good but not great in the NFL, but as an all-purpose defensive back, he is dynamite. I think he is in now, and probably will jump up the ranks a bit of the all-time great DBs with a few more years like this one.
He should get it absolutely.
