CC/OT - Our pal Rapoport saying a Raiders move to LA is looking very possible
I suppose if we discredit his Harbaugh stuff, we should discredit this. But, I figured it was worth a mention.

The Oakland #Raiders have a much better chance of moving to Los Angeles this year than I realized. That possibility is very legitimate.

Plus, it rotated at the bottom of the screen all day during both the 1PM and 4PM games. Maybe he only watches the games on CBS/NBC/ESPN/NFL Network/BBC America.

I was blasted on here a few weeks ago when I mentioned that Miles was willing to be 2nd choice if Harbaugh declined. Well according to Rivals, which I find has been the only credible source besides Brian, Miles talk has progressed to agents and that he would bring in some heavy hitters for OC/DC.
Flame me if you want but I think Harbaugh flakes and loses his chance to Miles.

Really? I thought that was a popular opinion. One which I share.

I'm with you but i was shredded. I think it was my worst downvote post in my Mgoblog existence.

Im a member but i missed that articel, where is it? I seen where we contacted him but nothing about agents. Id love for MIles to be named coach asap. Id love for hm to bring Cameron and Chavis with him Thanks!

Their new daily update and Balas mentioned agents further in the comments.
I won't link as the obvious paywall.

If SF can trade him off to L.A. instead of across the bay -- coupled with the fact he'd be in the other conference -- I think that's plausible. The opportunity to be the first coach of the New LA Raiders and continue building his legacy from there seems reasonable, I'm afraid.
Also remember, when Lloyd Carr snubbed Harbaugh for the QB coaching position in '02 and brought in Loeffler, it was the RAIDERS who gave Harbaugh his first shot after helping his dad out at WKU for a few years. Many think he only has a "place in his heart" for Michigan and the Walsh/Stanford/49ers thing, but the Raiders are part of the story too.
All of my hope has been ground down to a stump, and the last two basketball games, albeit having nothing to do with this search, haven't helped. I've remained pragmatic about Harbaugh this whole time and now I feel link I won't be overly disappointed if he doesn't come, so there's that.

I think Stoops would be #3. Alot of credible background noise about him out there.

If there's any validity whatsoever to the Stoops stuff, he is a rock solid #2 in my book. I'd take him over Les in a heartbeat. I'd still be happy with Les though.

I tend to agree with you as well. I think short term Miles would infuse the program right away with energy but would lose steam as time went on. With Stoops you could have longevity and success.

She will not live anywhere south of Paso Robles! Good news for us!

I still think it is incredibly funny that a guy who is a football coach, who makes 8 mill per year--still has a wife that tells him what to do.
NOT!! Where Jim goes, the woman goes. This isn't Jim Slubbinsky of Moline, Illinois, the junior assistant produce manager at Piggly Wiggly.
Jim Harbaugh is a real man.
