CC: Rumors and Harbaugh open thread

Submitted by michgoblue on
[ed-S: Jeff Ross isn't even making the announcement today anymore. I won't fight the rumor threads but nothing seems to have changed from Brian's post yesterday. So I have changed the title here. Go ahead and have your thread; nothing I've got has changed my belief that the ball is still in Jim's court.]

I expect that if there is anything of significance that comes us, there will be new threads created. For now, for those of us up early scouring MgoBlog for anything of interest on the Harbaugh, Miles, cc front, let's use this as the general discussion thread.

By the way, thanks, Internet, for making me exhausted today! The Twitter / board frenzy around 11 last night cost me a good hour and a half of sleep. Harbaugh needs to announce that he is coming home pronto!

The fact that none of these threads have been taken down or Brian has been completely silent since this broke is interesting. Maybe this is true after all...

he just posted on his site that it's Brandy. Again, true or not I don't think it's smart to say what he just said even though I think my tired eyes read that someone told him Brandy is going around saying this to everyone, even guys like Wojo. I'm done until I hear from Coach or our AD. Tired of this ride haha.

So the other threads were throwing out Andy Moeller as a coach. Does anyone else think the whole DUI and strong if alcohol related arrests would be a great hinderance to him being hired as a college coach? It's not like there has been one isolated incident when he was young...

Yeah, but Harbaugh had one in 2005. Moeller had like 3-4 in 4 years the last being in 2011. One looks like an isolated stupid decision and then good decision making for 10 years. The other is a bit more difficult to walk into a recruits home and talk about accountability and responsibility.
