If we win out they have us in the Sugar Bowl against HOUSTON!
Darn it! why did I have to get married and have kids. New Years in New Orleans with a very beatable opponent would be ridiculous fun.

If MSU loses in the championship game, they'll almost certainly play in the same bowl they played in last year.
But if they don't, here's why - last year they had one loss going into their bowl, this year they'd have three. Considering they already have two losses, this year is already worse than last season for them, up to this point.

To avoid a repeat appearance for both the bowl and the fans. But maybe to save face they'd try and go to the same place two years in a row and not the lower bowl.

Especially if Auburn somehow manages the upset against Alabama, then the Capital One Beatdown Part II would be all set

I'm not sure why everyone is convinced that a Wisconsin team that struggled to beat Illinois is even a sure bet against Penn State, no more MSU. And if they're in the Rose Bowl for the first time in over 20 years, I don't think they'll mind us going to a BCS bowl.

Can you imagine the Sparty billboards if that happens.

Maybe then people will realize MSU is the group that's been putting up silly billboards, and not us. I know most of them have been pro-MSU but we still get the blame/shame/embarrassment over the "Liar Liar Vest on Fire" incident

Also not to mention a three loss season. Also two of the three losses were blow outs , and Michigan defeated both of those teams. Also, the trash tornado.

see Michigan play a Va Tech, Clemson or an SEC team. Sorry, I just can't get excited to see Michigan play any mid-major, no matter how good of a season said mid-major is having. What exactly could Michigan gain by beating Houston? Losing to them would be embarrassing. Lose/lose situation either way.

But I would like to play a solid SEC team...Georgia? Yea, I think we could really make a statement with a win like that, especially with all the BIG is down talk.

with THAT schedule all the criticism they would be receiving????? it would be OFF THE CHARTS...yet all these mid level teams that go undefeated playing nobdies are treated like world beaters!!!..amazing
its time for the Big 6 conferences to split off from the NCAA

I love the thought of playing in a BCS bowl, but if we get there the last team I want to play is Houston.

undefeated. Tulsa knocks them off this week.
Let's beat Ohio and go where we go and beat that team as well. 11-2 sounds nice.

Man - I hope they win and get into a BCS game even though I'll be in Florida on Jan 2nd.
