So Schlissel shows up (likely) without Brandon.

Brandon hasn't tweeted anything since September 30th. His sole public appearances have been the goofy series of interviews. There's a bye week coming up.

If you ask me, the tea leaves are in place. If there's a time for this to go down, it's early this week. No football game to distract attention from, it's relatively early in the season for hockey, basketball season hasn't started... 

Raback it: Brandon gone by this time next week.

I don't know who you are. I don't know what you want. If you are looking for ransom, I can tell you I don't have money. If you are looking to crush my hope, I have precious little of it left.

Well . Unlike you (and I don't intend to single you out as there are thousands of "you") schlissel is not on the 24 hour news cycle. Whatever was said 2 weeks ago has not changed. The narrative remains the same. If schlissel believed That communication was abhorrent then, his opinion remains the same now. Brandon will leave one way or the other soon. By blow to ego or by force. You can Raback that!

I feel like it would spice things up. And they don't count for anything anyway.

I can believe this, although the timeframe seems a bit quick.  I personally suspect Brandon lasts the rest of the season and then is let go.

I agree if Brandon is getting fired, it's happening next week...however if he does have a 3 million buyout, and hoke has a 2 million after jan1, and we had to buyout a coach toget them out of their contract, and then pay them, that's a shitload of money that I'm not sure the pres is willing to blow...I think the chances are slim for Brandon of getting fired if it isn't next week. If Brandon is back, expect hoke to get extended
