Bumped: Petition to Fire Brandon (Students/Alumni/Faculty)
I'm re-posting this to keep it on the MGoBoard because I find it important, and for some reason it hasn't been pinned to the site banner yet. Maybe it will mean nothing, but this kind of stuff is all many of us have to express discontent and disgust with the leadership of the athletic department, especially for those who do not want to resort to boycotts for the players' sakes.
ALUMNI - you can sign it too. You don't even have to remember your unique name.
Follow the 'Login' link and click the 'Create a Login ID Now' on the left hand side, click 'create uniquname', and follow the instructions. I haven't used my umich login in 7 years, and it took me literally 87 seconds to recover it and reset a password. Just need your name, birthdate, year of first UM degree, and last four of your SSN. Theoretically it also allows you to create a login ID for those who were alumni before the advent of the uniquenames. Haven't tired it myself, but saw a '91 grad say they could sign.

Ok i tried to sign it but it's not letting me create an ID. Does that mean the diploma I've got at home from 1981 is a fake?

I had an issue, because my name is spelled slightly differently in the University Records than I spell it now. I would try to use whatever spelling they use on the mail you recieve from the Alumni Association begging for funds.

Be honest for once. This isn't about players health. If you guys were 5-0, you'd all be saying that Shane only had a leg injury. Pride is always before the fall and you guys can count on at least 4-5 years or more irrelavency, if this program ever comes back. History will not make this an elite program again. Sorry.

I'm not saying "my scandal is better than your scandal" I'm saying that my scandal is better that your scandal(s). Rapery, thugery, sucker punching citizens, etc...etc.. that's a bad culture up there. However I love A2. Will be up there for the weekend. I'm thinking tressel only lied about tats, hoke, well lets just say he's had quite a few "truth challenged" statements.

Let the threads work themselves out naturally as long as they fit into the guidelines of the site. No need to exercise editorial control over threads by bumping threads that are the "popular" view on the site.

With the ridiculous number of new threads being started every few minutes, there is no way that this would be easy to find. The mods are just making this available because it requires action. A post named "My dog can coach better than Hoke" doesn't require action and therefore can progress downward into extinction.

They told me since I graduated in 1991 that I didnt have a UMID number so I wouldnt be able to do it online. They were going to set up a UMID number and call me back. They guy said it would probably be a day before they called back.

Looks like I willl need to call the help desk--I graduated back in '92 so I dont think I ever had one of these ID's.
