Bucknell @ Michigan Open Thread
Coach Beilein and company (1-0) welcome the Bison (1-0) to Crisler Center for a competative game of basketball. 8 PM. BTN.
Michigan's three "veterans" led the way with 20+ points each this past Saturday in a win over Hillsdale. Spike did Spike things, naturally.
I'm most interested in the play of the big men, freshman, and overall team defense. Let's get a W!

I always think it's weird that college Centers are usually barely taller than anyone else on the team. Donnal looks like he's the same height as Chatman and barely taller than Irvin and definitely not any thicker. So why is he the Center? Just because he doesn't have the skill to play somewhere else? Why not just teach a better athlete some post moves and bulk him up a bit?

This Beilein guy can coach - team looks like it is 3 months into the season. Bucknell is not a pile of junk on the side of the road - they are a mid major who goes to the tournamnet quite regularly. Wow.

He's going to need more than 3 pt shooting in the league. He's looking like a mix of freshman and sophmore Nik. Deadly but not like lottery pick deadly

At this rate I wouldn't be surprised to see him go top 20. He already looks like THJ, but so far has been even more consistent. We'll see if he keeps it up the rest of this season.
