It's not only that he doesn't have a seatbelt on, how do you explain to the maintenance supervisor back at the garage at end of shift (or after the tow, whichever happened) that you suddenly had this thought about how you could "turn the living shit out of the bus"? I would have loved to sit in on the after action review for that one.
