In other words: after 16 years, we finally beat them and it took a miserable season on their part to do it. Yea! Good lord, you just won a National Title and have dominated your hated rival for how many years, and this is what you focus on? Hmmm......

That's fine if they want to mention that. There are only a handful of teams which get to claim the 100,000+ experience. They should tout that. But pointing out Michigan' has had a 16 year run when the 2014 seasons were clearly not equal for the two teams seems very....um...dumb. Especially when their best year ever doesn't even match Michigan's standard capacity.

Also the UM flyer to the recruit was equally dumb touting Fish as having years of NFL OC experience. Despite the fact that he led the 31st ranked offense those two years back to back. I can call myself a plumber all I want but if I can't fix the sink then I suck as a plumber. You picking up what I'm putting down?

I have an odd fixation with having the largest crowd too, and I feel like that's validated with some pretty good company.

OSU got to have their one (AFAIK) attendance season, and in four months it'll be over and will be about as relevant as their APR graphic. What's the point of being part of a legendary rivalry if you're not pissing off the other team?

"Good lord, you just won a National Title and have dominated your hated rival for how many years, and this is what you focus on?"

First of all, fuck them, but I think the point is that we've had very little to be proud of lately - bowl streak gone, win %, etc... - this was one of those things we still had, and now we don't.

Yeah lets be real.  If OSU was smart they would have put up a poster comparing Meyer and Harbaugh that listed national championships, career winning percentage, number of wins, number of players put in the nfl/first round and heisman trophy winners coached.

We all love Harbaugh and he will do well here but Meyer's accomplishments far outstrip Harbaughs as a coach to this point in college.

That's obviously not gonna happen this year since the waitlist is back and demand for tickets is back. That was a really weak "fire back".

Surprised it was not THE os football.

Morons.

And, pointing out a 16 year reign implies comparison to a superior kingdom.

Leaders and Best.

Let's keep them from posting anything about the series record:

58-46-6

13 more wins in a row, then they can yap some more. Until then:

Wow. I thought this streak ended back in '08 because of construction. Apparently not. Goes to show how bad things were last year, when even 3-9 season brought in more fans.

But seriously, screw OSU. They have the record for one year. I expect our attendance to be back to 110,000+ every game next season.

My dad took my 3-year-old self to the the Big House and borrowed some drunk lovebirds' ticket stubs to get us into the stadium (you could do that in those days). We sat in their endzone seats during part of the third quarter, watching the Harbaugh-to-Kattus TD. Since the trip was impromptu and due to the fact that my father was a beginner dad, of course he forgot to bring jackets, so we left afterward to a bar that used to be at the corner of Packard and Washtenaw and watched this play while my dad sipped a beer and I ate popcorn. A faded memory, but a good one for both the Michigan football and for how Homer-esque my dad used to be.

When the crowd ignited as Kattus caught the ball in the endzone, my father says I stood up on his knees and roared like everyone around us, double fist-pumping in the air. Today, I feel like I did something wrong if I don't leave the stadium hoarse from cheering. My love for this team and game are forever.

Cool story.  I was there too with my dad.  We had season tickets in the end zone and this .gif is exactly the same view that we had of the play.  I dont remember the cameras being by us but they must have been within 20 yards of us to get this shot.   When this happened, the ol stadium exploded and was the loudest that Ive ever heard it.  I think everyone was surprised that they went for the bomb so quickly after Ohio scored.  Ohio was obviously surprised as well.

Harbaugh is already in their head. Just wait until November. Our coach is mind fucking every other coach in the country. Every fan base is sitting there wondering why their coach isn't running camps and making shit happen. Harbaugh makes everyone look lazy and entitled. Can't fucking wait until the Harbaugh reign officially begins in Utah.

.pptx?

There is a powerpoint on how awesome Harbaugh is?

I would like to see one, is WD bored over the summer?

I nominate someone to make a kickin powerpoint presentation on Harbaugh.  Alternate options are a hype video.

The world’s 23rd best university (the one whose college football attendance you beat for all of one year) asks, “How do you like being the world’s 109th best university?” LINK

Be careful, Buckeyes. The Tide may have started turning this spring, and not just in Alabama . . . Thank You, Prattville!  It started with the Big Ten Softball and Baseball Tournament Championships won by the world's 23rd best university. Watch out, Horseshoe Denizens! You're about to be Harbaugh'd!
