BTT Tickets

Submitted by Dawggoblue on

My roommates (Wisconsin fans) and I are driving down to Chicago in the morning for the tournament.  We all agreed that no matter who won or lost the game we would still go.

Thought I would check here to see if anyone from the MGOBLOG world was down there and didn't intend to go to the remaining games.  We are looking for 3 or 4 tickets, location doesnt matter, the cheaper the better.  I would rather give my money to a Michigan fan than some random guy, so let me know.

They really aren't that bad.  They won't say much, because they would be incapable of going to the BTT without me.  I'm sure I will hear all sorts of stupid crap in Chicago tomorrow when I show up in Maize and Blue.

You can't really blame Wisconsin. Michigan really earned that loss. Everyone needs to reset their expectations, which got blown out of proportions since the #1 ranking. Until Coach Beilein decides to develop a big man who can get consistent high percentage looks when the shots aren't falling, there are going to be games like this. Give Wisconsin credit though, they are one tough team.

John Beilein does a great job of developing players.  It's not his fault that everybody who plays a classic 5 that he has ever recruited has been injured on a regular basis.

Jordan Morgan plays well, but was never going to dominate the middle.  Jon Horford has the potential, but he is always fighting through injuries, and can't get enough quality playing time in to develop fully.  Mitch McGary is more of a 4 than a 5.

Just because Michigan didn't win the toughest conference in the NCAA, and didn't win its tournament, doesn't mean that there is anything "wrong" with John Beilein or his methods.  Furthermore, I'm not writing this team out of the NCAA Tournament simply because they lost to Wiscy.

At the beginning of the year, I would have been ecstatic if I knew this team would get a three seed.  That makes it a [bleep] of a lot easier to get to the second week.

When you have a system that relies on shooters and you fail to develop the one guy responsible for rebounds and put backs there is a problem. I know JB does not use a post player but he still needs to get a big man coach to teach rebounds, box outs and strong finishes at the rim. We play in the Hack 10, JB has to adjust accordingly.

Don't know why anyone would downvote this.

Guy is trying to take unwanted tickets off somebody's hands.  If I had tickets I was trying to move, I'd be pretty grateful.  He's trying to help a fellow Michigan fan out.
