BTT Tickets
My roommates (Wisconsin fans) and I are driving down to Chicago in the morning for the tournament. We all agreed that no matter who won or lost the game we would still go.
Thought I would check here to see if anyone from the MGOBLOG world was down there and didn't intend to go to the remaining games. We are looking for 3 or 4 tickets, location doesnt matter, the cheaper the better. I would rather give my money to a Michigan fan than some random guy, so let me know.
Fuck your friends
Agreed. I'm not looking forward to getting home. But I figure I would have made them go if we had won, so I should at least home myself to that standard.
GET OUT! Leave us alone to complain.
Why wish bad things upon a fellow Michigan fan? Why not wish that my roommates all get sick and can't go or something?
I guess my life doesn't stop and start with a Michigan win/loss. Figured there are other fans who feel the same way.
I like this. My husband once told me, after a Michigan loss, "and the world continues to spin". I was a bit shocked. It does?????!?? He has a point. So do you. Have fun in Chicago.
continue to spin but polarity reversal is more likely.
bad for you, dude. Hopefully your friends aren't huge douches. You could always mention football this upcoming season if you want some sort of a comeback.
They really aren't that bad. They won't say much, because they would be incapable of going to the BTT without me. I'm sure I will hear all sorts of stupid crap in Chicago tomorrow when I show up in Maize and Blue.
to know that you still will be supporting Michigan. Have fun.
You can't really blame Wisconsin. Michigan really earned that loss. Everyone needs to reset their expectations, which got blown out of proportions since the #1 ranking. Until Coach Beilein decides to develop a big man who can get consistent high percentage looks when the shots aren't falling, there are going to be games like this. Give Wisconsin credit though, they are one tough team.
John Beilein does a great job of developing players. It's not his fault that everybody who plays a classic 5 that he has ever recruited has been injured on a regular basis.
Jordan Morgan plays well, but was never going to dominate the middle. Jon Horford has the potential, but he is always fighting through injuries, and can't get enough quality playing time in to develop fully. Mitch McGary is more of a 4 than a 5.
Just because Michigan didn't win the toughest conference in the NCAA, and didn't win its tournament, doesn't mean that there is anything "wrong" with John Beilein or his methods. Furthermore, I'm not writing this team out of the NCAA Tournament simply because they lost to Wiscy.
At the beginning of the year, I would have been ecstatic if I knew this team would get a three seed. That makes it a [bleep] of a lot easier to get to the second week.
Jordan Morgan plays well? When? He was in like 30 seconds and turned the ball over twice. He is ineffective on the boards. He can't hit a layup if his life depended on it. Outside of that I guess he plays well.

You should see Bacari Alexander in action. He's an excellent big man coach.
Mitch McGary will be an All-Big Ten player. Have patience. Beilein and co. haven't had the chance to get a true big man - McGary is the first to come in that has been rated higher than a three star.
Don't know why anyone would downvote this.
Guy is trying to take unwanted tickets off somebody's hands. If I had tickets I was trying to move, I'd be pretty grateful. He's trying to help a fellow Michigan fan out.
but to each their own.
