Supposed to run DOWN the field!! That's not the endzone!
He's a team player, happy to get first downs.
Perhaps he is more of a possession slot receiver than a tight end.

This season shall be glorious!
That's an athletic big man. Who was covering him? Looked like Stribling but I couldn't tell for sure.
Looks like him.
Looks like Delano Hill
Nah, that guy looked to be under 40.
Taco on the coverage.
Strib is not even close to that big. Prob a dlineman

Or, at least, he's huge (for a TE).
Ty Jr would disagree..

" Welp, I'd better start saving for your college, cuz God knows you ain't getting a scholarship..."
That I am most excited to watch this fall. I believe that he will have a HUGE impact the the middle of our D.
Definitely a dude.
Looks like the injury is behind him great athlete with a compelling story. You have to recognize that Hoke recruited some great talent, Mone among them. He's now been coached up and is physically mature. He will be great.
Damn. Those Mones do it up right. Who was recruiting whom?
I want to go recruit his siblings if he has any.
Did Mone lose weight? He looks smaller than I remember.
I thought so too, then saw that it was Taco Charlton who was covering him. Only way to make a 320lb DT look smaller is have a 6'6" 275 lb DE playing CB to cover him.
Before I realized that was Taco covering him, I thought Mone looked kinda small too. Now it makes sense.
thought they said in spring ball he did lose weight and was down to 306 or something
I LOVE the athleticism of this team!
Don Brown using said athleticism to cause havoc for our opponents.
Speight?
That's ridiculous agility for guy that sized. You sometimes don't appreciate the athleticism of some of the big guys when they're in pads and just crashing into the guy a couple feet in front of them, but when you see stuff like this and of course Gary's drills videos, you really realize how far out on the bell curve these guys are.
Dang, that is a big fella who can move. Our D-line is going to dominate like we haven't seen in a long time.
I'M STARTING TO BELIEVE, YOU GUYS
Mone would be great as a blocking fullback in goal line formations, and could also even catch a pass to catch the D by surprise.
Love to see him catch a tipped pass then bulldoze or ruthlessly stiff army the other teams quarter back trying to tackle him. Or bonus points if he carries multiple offensive players into the endzone.
Then, they'll him him do a fullback carry for 2, especially if it's against rutgers. Opening drive, go for 2.
Kids are having a ball out there. Wait - I sound like Brady Hoke. Let's go with Youngsters. More appropriate term.
Now that is a mobile big fella!
That's just sick. Both Mone and Taco look sick! Glad I don't have to be the sparring partner equivalent in football - practice team!
We beat both Utah and MSU comfortably, and the OSU game is dramatically different.
We'd have this "Cancer" thing beat, Poverty would be a distant memory, and someone might have laughed at this joke.
Heh
