He is literally one of my favorite athletes ever. What I wouldn't give for his story to be done like a 30 for 30...
Brock is an inspiration. Also, his brother has really waited patiently for his time to play, and not once did you hear that he was frustrated or annoyed. He just kept working and supporting his teammates until now, where he is in a position to big a HUGE part of our thin offensive line. What a great family. Still pains me to see something so devestating happen to such great people.

Cool story bro time: I saw Brock and his family before the game last Saturday outside of the UM golf course. /coolstorybro
To OP, God may be great, but Brock Mealer is the 1%.

FYI I just posted the tweet from Barwis. If you have followed the story you'll know they are very open about their faith through this whole ordeal.

My failure at recognizing how twitter works. Sorry, I thought that was a point you were adding at the end. It always frustrates me when people place everything at the heels of God. Sometimes the human actor gets lost in the shuffle.

I bet there won't be a dry eye in the church when he walks down the aisle.

Fantastic story, and I remember how awesome it was when he led the team out of the tunnel. Could barely hold my emotions in. This guy is an inspiration to everyone

Wow! 20 yards more than personal best? Seems like he's on the verge of breaking through the barrier of learning to walk agin to walking.
steve schilling goes to the same gym that I do in worthington Ohio - and he told me that Brock is training to walk down the aisle - word is he's getting married.

This got covered in a thread last month. Links to a Detroit News article by Angelique. Definately worth a read. The guy really is an inspiration.
