I know at least 2 fellow Michigan polisci PhDs who had to have their theses written/re-written by English tutors because they couldn't write or spell. Brilliant quantitative researchers who had a lot of trouble stringing a sentence together.

When we talk about Tom Brady and overcoming things, it does always seem to come back to him being initially buried on Michigan's depth chart or being #199 in a draft that was a weird one for QBs, but he definitely hasn't played like the 199th overall pick - indeed, I believe he's the only QB still playing in his draft class and has been for a while. If there is someone who would know about playing above the initial expectations, it might be him (really, there are many examples through the years, but Brady is obviously convenient).

In any case, very kind words from Anderson and great to hear as well.

I never used the blockquote, nor edited the OP, just used the embed code in the plain text editor. Probably server issues (*cough* 502 error *cough*) caused the embed delays/issues.

Only franchise that both Tom Brady and Belichick have losing records against ...Denver Broncos.

Brady's record at Mile Hi is now 2-7 with wins over Danny Kanell and Tim Tebow.

Glad to see that Brady and even Belichick are willing to give credit where it belongs since God knows nobody on set in Bristol ever would.

And like Brady, CJ was a 'dissed' draft pick who plays with a chip on his shoulder and both are from the Bay Area originally, CJ siting Brady as a 'role model' when younger.
