Huge rankings increase per 247 Sports:
"We've made a move in the rankings for Michigan quarterback commit Brandon Peters. The Avon (Ind.) High School signal-caller has been elevated in the 247Sports rankings to the No. 46 prospect in the country after his first two weeks of his senior season."

Gentry in '17 and '18
Peters in '19 and '20
I am not sure what to say about Morris and Malzone, it would be sad that two Detroit-area blue chips may never start for UM.
On a related note I think Viramontes' future is as a Gerhart-like running back or H-back, or linebacker. He could be a STAR at linebacker or safety.

will be the qb. Unless he's not a TE by then. I say this only cause of a few whiffs on the TE position.

He's 18 spots away from 5-star status (Not that stars matter. And by that, I mean they absolutely do matter. Not to me. But to other people. Not really though. But sort of.)

So this must mean Scout has them out of their top 500 high school quaterbacks?

Obviously, 247 has the best ranking system now.

I love how he passed KJ Costello. I know some people took that hard and viewed Peters as the backup plan to Costello. It's nice to see Peters in front of Costello in the rating now.

So Peters is still behind him, but closing the gap nicely.

Peters is putting up some nice numbers. With some coaching from Harbaugh, he's going to be a very good quarterback at Michigan.
Also, Chris Evans has a pretty nice TD run at the 1:41 mark in this video:

with a number of the other 2016 class. That will underscore and verify what many of us already believe - Coach Harbaugh is excellent at identifying talent.

If they pull in just a few of those high-star-blue-chippers on the Big Board (Gary, Bush, Kelly, T. Davis, Corley, etc.) this is going to be a top 5 class.
but you all knew that

But for the University of Michigan. I firmly believe we have the best two coaches in the country for their sport.
Meyer and OSU is a EXCELLENT fit and Coach K and Duke is obviously an EXCELLENT fit...but that's it. I'll take Harbaugh and Beilein, for Michigan, over any other coaches in their sport, PERIOD.
In my fantasy draft of picking coaches...and I'm Michigan and I have the #1 pick...I'm taking Harbaugh #1 for football and Beilein #1 for basketball.

It's funny though, seeing as they are polar opposites in their personalities.

Nonetheless, I love them both and hope they both retire at Michigan as the best in school history.

It should be added that Michigan has moved up to #6 overall in the team rankings, above State and Bama!
Of course, this is just a snap shot, but the coaching staff has done work.
