His arm strength is noticably stronger than his junior year highlight videos. He used to put his whole body into throws over 15 or 20 yards.

He's always had great touch, but the arm strength is vastly improved.

All I got was a never ending infomercial with a guy telling me how I can make millions of dollars at home in my underwear. It wouldn't let me skip the ad. Anyone else have that problem?

I noticed that too.  Can't blame him for always going to the first receiver if it ends up complete, but definitely locked into his first option every time.

Also, he had ALL DAY on those throws, so it remains to be seen how he reacts under presser.  Had just a few scrambles but didn't take one hit in any of these clips.

This kid has a lot of Andrew Luck type mechanics. Wide base when he throws, and also holds the ball close to his chest on his drop. Effortless delivery leads to great ball placement. Caveat is that it's a highlight video but that was impressive nonetheless

I don't know if it was the camera angle, the video, the light, or his mechanics, but on most of his passes I looked further downfield than the ball actually went when watching. No idea if this is good, bad, or nothing...???

He very talented. The problem is Michigan lacks the receiving talent (this year and likely next) that it had the years Henne and Forcier started as true freshman. Henne had Braylon and Breaston, and Forcier had Hemmingway, Matthews, and Stonum. Guys like those make it a lot easier to break in a true fresman QB.

Little bit of a big windup for some throws, but a nice high arm slot. I thought he missed one or two wide open guys for the tight throw, but he might have looked them open.

He looks good. Had a lot of time on most plays, so we'll see how it plays out on the next level. I loved his running ability and he has a very nice touch on both short and deep passes.

This kid's film reminds me a lot of Brady White, who I was really bummed we missed out on two years ago.

but it looked to me like his footwork was a little sloppy on a few throws. Also, seems like he's able to look at his primary petty much every time and go to that route. Doesn't appear to need much of a progression, but I think that's pretty typical for HS ball. Anyway, what do I know? He has good touch though, velocity is there, and he's athletic enough to get out and run. He's got all the tools.
