it was a round-off back handspring.
He was a "celebrity guest judge" at the women's gymnastics intrasquad meet last year, and did the same thing (and actually added a back tuck on the end). Somewhere in the digital world exists a video of the event. 10,000 MGoPoints* to the first person to find it.

Yes, I remember seeing this on mgoblue.com some time ago. You can now find it by going to the "all-access" thing they have now. It is pretty easy to find if you search by "exact date", which is 12/13/08. Pretty good stuff. Zoltan is pretty fun but not as good as BG.
